
The product portion of my site, along with the blog and articles sections, are all new additions. Althought it can be difficult to turn work away, I try hard to not take on more than I can handle. That's the idea behind taking some of what I do on a day-to-day basis and putting it up on the Web; it's a way for me to reach a wider audience without overdoing it — hopefully.
The focus will tend toward market research and media audit related material, but I will also be making available compiled lists of speaking and award programs for purchase.
In the near future, I'll be taking an in-depth look at a variety of technology and Internet related markets. The research itself will combine traditional market research methodologies with a PR media audit. The reports will act as a basis for a variety of PR initiatives that include, but are not limited to, media and analyst list target development, development of media outreach messaging and pitch writing materials, and messaging and materials associated with new business initiatives.
Over the years, I've created countless lists aimed at both speaking and awards related programs. Both initiatives are often timing consuming and thus difficult to get off the ground. While I ultimitely need to settle on a format most suitable for sharing the information I've compiled to date, check back for updates to my site regarding this and other tools you can use to augment your PR toolbox.
